Home of life drawing, model photography, photo reference, digital and figurative art by Cie Ja. It’s my art journal and gallery of learning, study, practice, inspiration, discovery, exploration, and where my creative flow has taken me with my life drawing and figurative work.
Thanks for your continued support and patience as I expand and evolve my new site(s). You may notice slow periods as my focus shifts from creative pursuits and projects to continued development of my sites (see Home sub-menu).
I have chosen to use a static page rather than blog posts as a home page. This format seems to work better for me.

Journals
Journals section has the work from my life draw journals through the years from 2013 to present. Most journals have other work such as abstracts, collaboration, collage, flowers, spirals, butterflies, or whatever I’ve decided to get creative with. Sketchbooks and Journals can be seen in their entirety at artcie.com.
Models
I’ve worked with many models through the years. I needed to break this into 5 alphabetical sections to cover them all. Much of this work is still being processed and this section is in continual development. Archived work, new drawings, and digital work are being processed and added as this section continues to evolve and grow.
